Following the tremendous response to the original red and blue Limited Edition ADOPT image release in January 2009, the release of the newest special limited edition black and gold ADOPT print, to be released for sale immediately after the Presidential pet adoption is announced and becomes official.
In the same way the original Shepard Fairey ADOPT image was based on the red, white and blue Hope poster, this new edition is modeled after the Obama inauguration 'history' sticker that was released in regal shades of black and gold. Shepard Fairey will finalize one remaining detail of the newest ADOPT image by adding the date of the historic Presidential pet adoption to the dog's tag, making the print a distinctive piece of Presidential pet adoption history.
Signed/Numbered Screen Prints will be available as well as unsigned lithographs and other items.
