  2. I have done many crazy things in a cemetery, but my mom past 14 years ago and I have only been there once for personal reasons. The one time I was there I sat by her grave and it was cold, windy and raining. Then the sky opened and the sun burst through and it hit my face and I knew she was there and I knew she was forgiving me..

  5. I haven't done anything too crazy in a cemetery, but while visiting the grave site of my grandma on her birthday I was kneeling next to her grave praying and was so focused in the moment that I did not notice anyone approaching. All of a sudden I received a tap on the shoulder. I really did not expect anyone else to be around and it startled me to the point where I lost my balance, causing me to stumble backwards and fall into the start of a new grave next to her. It has just rained recently and I got a fresh coat of mud on my new suit since I was coming after work, but fortunately was not hurt. It ended up that it was the gravedigger who tapped me on the shoulder. As he is helping me up, he proceeds to tell me he was simply coming over to tell me to be careful around the open grave. I couldn't help but laugh as my grandma always had a great sense of humor. She was also German and I figured this bit of schadenfreude must have at least gotten a chuckle out of her up in heaven.
