New Tyler Stout poster for Best Worst Movie
Something new from Tyler Stout today courtesy of AICN for the Best worst movie.
Here is the debut of geek poster champion Tyler Stout's official one-sheet for the super fun documentary BEST WORST MOVIE which chronicles the second life of the truly horrible TROLL 2 as a so-bad-it's-good party favorite.
The trailer went up yesterday and now we have the posters! I'm not sure if these will be the theatrical posters or a Mondo-style limited edition, but I do know prints will be available in limited editions... I'll update this article when I have more information, but I figured you'd want to see 'em!
There is one design, but two posters. The second Gold and Silver one will be a limited printing, but the Green on the poster makes it, in my opinion. So, my favorite is the first!
You can click for the slightly bigger versions! Enjoy!

Rock Paper Show Book on sale now
Rock Paper Show documents the first decade of the twenty-first century as the high-water mark in the storied intersection of graphic design and music. Against the backdrop of the digital- music revolution, the rock poster reemerged during this period as the calling card of impossibly talented new artists and design studios brought up on Black Flag, Joy Division, the Flaming Lips, and the Melvins. Simultaneously, the posters that these studios produced were celebrated by a rapidly growing nation of indie-rock fans who all woke up one day craving beautiful new music-related objects in their lives. The excitement—matched equally in the design and music worlds—was captured by and celebrated via the birth and rapid rise of Flatstock, the American Poster Institute’s ongoing rock-poster exhibition.
Since its inception in 2002, Flatstock has evolved into the definitive showcase of the most talented poster artists working today. Rock Paper Show: Flatstock Volume One is an editorial and visual history of the first 20 Flatstocks, with contributions from the artists and studios that regularly attend the events and the bands who are often the subjects of the posters, as well as critics and collectors involved in this community. Rock Paper Show collects for the first time the original posters created for each Flatstock by the attending studios. Veteran poster-makers take the reader on behind-the-scenes looks at the studios, the artists, the regional scenes, and the personalities of this vibrant and varied community.
Curated by Geoff Peveto (president, American Poster Institute).
Designed by Rumors (Brooklyn, NY).
Over 60 editorial contributors, including: Aesthetic Apparatus, Craig Finn (the Hold Steady), John Foster (author, Masters of Poster Design), Clay Hayes (gigposters.com), Jeff Kleinsmith (Patent Pending), Jay Ryan (the Bird Machine), and Paula Scher (Pentagram).

This poster measures approximately 32 x 22 inches and is printed on white stock. Regarding the imagery, Jermaine says:
"There are no magic roads that lead to 'everything you've always dreamed of.' There are no wizards with all of the answers that will make your life a success. 'Life' is off the road, out in the mud, and the weeds and the woods. It's not all pretty, and it's not paved: you'll have to do a little work and a lot of thinking for yourself. But you'll sleep better. Still, if you do choose to follow one of the countless yellow-brick-roads out there, make sure you bring a chair. It gets tiring going in circles."

May 15 2010 x New York City x DEUCE 7 GALLERY SHOW
It is with great honor that I'm able to announce DEUCE 7's first gallery show in New York City. He will be bringing his unique style and talent to New York for the first time in a gallery.
Deuce has been painting his ass off over on the West Coast with the anticipation of this up coming event.
The show will be May 15 at Secret Project Robot.
Secret Project Robot: Art Experiment is a not for profit dedicated to the documentation and proliferation of contemporary art and current cultural trends in music, performance, dance, the party and social theory. It was founded in 2004 by a group of friends who produce, observe and interact with art as a way of life. Secret Project Robot's mission is to engage viewers by emphasizing the interconnectedness of art and society and the importance of participation. We believe that if people understand that art often acts as a mirror to society, and therefore contextualizes elements of our daily lives, they will see the fun and importance of the arts as a tool for cultural and personal analysis. Each opening and event at Secret Project Robot acts as not only an archive but also a platform for lively dialogue and interactivity. Secret Project robot places equal responsibility on the viewer and artist to create the most dynamic show possible...We believe that the role of our gallery in the 21st Century is to be a community-centered organization that makes art an inclusive and changeling platform for dialogue and social amusement.
To reinforce the idea, Secret Project Robot reaches out to the community and hosts bimonthly music showcases, in addition to monthly art openings, and an annual block party, where bands play on the streets or in abandoned lots. Bands such as Lightning Bolt, Oneida, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, ExModels, The Liars, Golden Triangle, The Vivian Girls and Big A Little a have all played in recent years
Secret Project Robot is located
210 Kent Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11211
So plan to be at this event, it will blow your mind.

Upper Playground Presents:Bang a Bunny- Jeremy Fish
Bang a Bunny
Here’s a little trivia for you: did you know that the concept of the Easter Bunny developed because the holiday was based upon the concept of birth and rabbits symbolized fertility? With that in mind, Jeremy Fish and Upper Playground would like to bring this corporate, pastoral, Hallmark, pastel-color driven holiday back to it’s true purpose: banging. Visit www.BangABunny.com and send your friends and loved ones an animated card of whomever you want doing carnal deeds as bunny rabbits.
I was messing around with this putting friends pictures in it and it is absolutely hilarious fun. Smaller pictures work best of just the face.
