Over the last 6 months, Cuyler Smith has been working hard on putting a little spin on over 150 of your favorite pop culture characters. Stop by Bottleneck Gallery in New York this Friday, August 9th, at 7pm for the opening of Cuyler Smith’s first solo show, Cut Short.
As always, Bottleneck Gallery will be holding a special online preview sale for the show. However, due to the size of the show, they will be holding it at two different times.
Preview Schedule for Thursday August 8th:
First preview: 12pm-1pm eastern
Second preview: 8pm-9pm eastern
Each original framed piece will be priced at $150 (some sets will be greater) while the very limited prints (5 x 5 and 5 x 7) will be priced at $20. Since these prints will not be shipped in a tube, but instead flat, use discount code "cuyler" during checkout to save $2 on shipping costs. As for the people attending on Friday, don’t you worry, not only will they be holding back prints for the show but the first 50 attendees will be receiving “Slimer".
The remaining prints and OGs will go on sale August 10th at 12pm eastern on the Bottleneck Gallery website.
Bottleneck Gallery will also be holding a couple charity events for St. Jude's children hospital including your very own commission by Cuyler and a chance at the entire collection of prints. More to come on that in the next couple of days.
