On Thursday James Flames will release some new posters on his site - there are three versions of his recent My Morning Jacket poster, as well as a poster he made for David Gray and Amos Lee, who are touring together.
The My Morning Jacket poster illustration is titled "First Light", and features a dude who has climbed around this living tree, which is actually the home of the woman he's in love with. He arrives at her window with flowers he picked from the field, and the bright light from inside her tree-home illuminates the night and their love.
This was the poster for their two recent Detroit shows at the Fillmore. There is a "Green" version, and an "Orange" version, as well as a VERY limited amount printed on Rainbow HoloFoil paper.
The David Gray & Amos Lee poster illustration is titled "Precious Cargo". It shows a freight train traveling along the countryside, with one of it's cars being a little different from the others - the open car doors lead to another magical world.
All of these posters will be available Thursday, July 9th at 2pm Eastern at JamesFlames.com
