- 14" x 11" Linoleum cut and handset wood type, letterpress printed in 2 colors on a Vandercook #4 and a Vandercook SP15.
Printed on top of a 1968 Historical Reprint of a map of Louisville circa 1879.
The fourth release in the "Travel By Screen" series. For the series 51 screen printers were chosen, one from each state + Washington DC, each making a screen print themed / inspired by an area code in their state.
Hound Dog Press is a full service letterpress shop in Louisville, Kentucky. It is owned and operated by Nick Baute and Robert Ronk, who have been working together since meeting at the University of Kentucky while working on their BFAs.
