Yesterday was Veterans Day, some people might just look at it as having a paid day off on Monday without thinking of the people it honors. The men and women who serve in our military to protect our way of life truly deserve our gratitude every day of the year. It really does take a special person to serve.
So take the time to reach out to someone that you know or if you happen to run into a stranger that served or is active duty and thank them for their service.
The current politcal landscape has caused an a ever growing divide amongst people. Last week Pete Davidson mocked a war veteran on Saturday Night Live. This week he made amends for his stupid mistake and delivered a powerful message with Lt. Com. Dan Crenshaw. I urge you to watch if you haven't already.
