Anonymous Ink and Idea took a bit of a break the last 7-8 months... but he is back at it and have some big plans for the rest of this year. To start, he did a poster for The War on Drugs recent Austin City Limits taping. He is also releasing a new print, which he is pretty excited about.

The print is called "Malum Vesica Piscis" and is artwork Anonymous created for the annual Texas Independence metal festival in Austin. He has been doing the artwork for this festival since 2010 and this year's event featured Between the Buried and Me, White Chapel, Cavalera Conspiracy and over 50 other bands over the course of 3 days.

For those who follow him on Instagram (@richknepprath), he shared a few illustration process photos back in December, as well a a recent video clip showing the overlay of some sacred geometry, which should explain my reasoning behind the name of this print.
