 "Last year during Art Basel I had a solo booth at Context art fair with Jonathan Levine Gallery. Club Deuce was one of the paintings in the show. For the show I focused on iconic places around Miami. The painting is part of my Waiting series and was created using oil paint on canvas.

The summer before Miami Basel I spent a few weeks in Miami documenting places. I did a lot of research leading up to the trip and a lot of documenting when I was there. Everyone ends up at Club Deuce at some point during Basel, so I felt it was an appropriate place to include in the series." - Brett Amory

Brett Amory "Bleecker Bob's" Print Release Details

Following two sold out exhibitions this year at Jonathan LeVine gallery in New York and Lazarides in London, artist Brett Amory has quickly become one of the most highly sought after artists in the new contemporary field. Spoke Art are honored to be releasing a new fine art print with Amory, their third collaborative edition.

“Bleecker Street (9pm-10pm)” was originally on view at Jonathan LeVine gallery earlier this year, and starting Friday, September 20th, will become available to collectors as a large 26″ x 26″ fine art giclee print.

Signed and numbered by the Artist Edition of only 100 copies produced

Hand Painted Multiples: The first 20 copies in this run will be labeled HPM and will be personally hand embellished by the artist with several layers of paint. The HPMs will be $350 and limited to only 20 copies. Please Email Spoke Art for availability.

1xRUN are more than excited to welcome back artist Brett Amory who was recently named Visual Artist of The Year by the San Francisco Chronicle!

For his 3rd RUN, Brett has brought us 10 original paintings on masonite. Each of these Lil' Homies are one of a kind original paintings that continue with Brett's acclaimed Waiting series.

"These pieces are the same idea as my work with the Waiting series, they are just these random snapshots of the people that I see when I am out. They are a bit more of portraits, while the other Waiting pieces are a bit more landscape. It still falls into the Waiting series with the same concepts, these are just a little smaller. I wanted to make them a little bit more accessible for people that like my work.

The series is ongoing, I am at about 60 so far and there will be 10 available here on 1xRUN. I don't really have a plan on ending it any time soon. Each piece takes about an hour and a half, which is pretty short compared to some of my other pieces." - Brett Amory
