Chris Huth What We Seek Print

No comments:

After 10 years of doing screen prints Chris Huth decided to do something a little different a giclee print.

The misdirection of Love and the misinterpretation of behavior is all too common in the world. Hastily laid plans and regretted words and actions often leave us blaming an undefined villain and praising a dubious victim. The wolf has always lived in the woods, do we blame him for being the wolf? Empathy is a powerful virtue but it must be honed to find understanding in nefarious eyes.

"What We Seek"
giclee print on archival 100% cotton rag (300grm) paper
14x46 inches
hand signed and titled-open edition

"The reason that I have to love thee doth much excuse the appertaining rage to such a greeting. Villain am I none. therefore, farewell. I see thou know’st me not"- William Shakespeare

They are running a special: free shipping for those who order before Saturday. And Chris will hand embellish a note on each print under 100 characters of the buyer's choosing a little dedication or something plus a little drawing of my choosing to accompany.

Chris Huth What Lies Behind Us Print

No comments:

I have another new artist to show you today, his name is Chris Huth. I'll let him in his own words tell you about his background and new print.

My name if Chris Huth, I've been a poster illustrator/designer and screen printer for the last 7 years. Last year I flipped out and sold my shop so I could travel before I get too old and die. I was in Asia for the better part of 7 months and just returned to the states a few months ago. I am trying to get back in to the art print/ gig poster scene a little.

The print is called "what lies behind us"
5-8 color print with 2 metallics
on cotton rag paper
hand signed and numbered
estimated dimension:18X24

It was initially for a bicycle themed poster show called artcrank (maybe you have heard of it) But the shop I worked at got a huge order that supperseeded my print needs so I ended up having to side line it and was unable to finish it before the show opened...
