Bobby Hill Brooklyn Bridge Print On Sale Today

1xRUN welcome back New York City artist Bobby Hill as he returns with another wholly unique edition of his hand-painted screenprints. This time around Bobby again highlights New York City, but this time draws the focus to one of the world's more recognizable bridges which connects the southeastern borough to Manhattan with "Brooklyn Bridge" with 40 different prints.

"Each piece for this RUN was individually screen printed and hand painted using a variety of acrylic and other mediums. Along with another image these pieces were created over a two month period that started this past September. The idea for these Brooklyn Bridge images came about from a friend's suggestion after he saw that I discontinued selling another Brooklyn Bridge image. Take notice of the colors rather than the image, even though that might be difficult to do sometimes. The colors represent what's going on in my life at any given moment." - Bobby Hill

“I almost threw this painting away because it was taking so long to finish, but something about the light blue spraypaint against the bluish background made me hold onto it. After screenprinting the image of the guy onto the canvas, I noticed the stick in his hand laid perfectly on top of the orange line... Glad I kept this one.”

The Reality Is, the original painting, goes on tour to Europe this Spring 2012 as part of The Bhillboards Collection.

Bobby Hill Empire State 5 Different Posters from 1xRun

1xRun is releasing New York artist Bobby Hill's latest work today at noon in 5 different colorways. Each one is 19 x 25 Mixed Media Silkscreened on 140 lbs French. Bobby Hill is a mixed media street artist living and working in and around New York City. Each print is hand painted with unique colorways that are sorted on 1xRUN by the main color. The photo here is a photograph of just one of the 10 similar blue colorways, however, each print is uniquely hand painted and will be different.

All prints are Signed & Numbered by the Artist and come with a Certificate of Authenticity from 1xRUN.

Visual Artist Bobby Hill Hides Over $50,000 On NYC Streets And Trains!

Artist Bobby Hill sent over information on his ambitious project.

It seems as if there’s a grandiose game of hide n’ seek being played in NYC and no, I’m not talking about the kind played by grade school children in summer camp (although that’s fun too). Since July 2nd 2010, pedestrians and subway riders have been pleasantly surprised to find limited edition “Bobby Hill Multiple Original Art Prints” during their commute throughout the city. Each of these unique works of art is conservatively valued at $50 apiece (not considering prices increasing over time), which means Bobby Hill is dropping over a cool $50,000 in total on the unsuspecting folks of the 5 boroughs.

Internationally known visual artist Bobby Hill has created 1000 limited edition Multiple Original art prints to celebrate his one-man show, "BHILLBOARDS" (pronounced: billboards), which opens this upcoming 9/11, for two nights only in NYC during Fashion Week. The exact location will be announced August 31st via Resetuniverse.com and to those who RSVP. The original prints, which currently features images of Bob Dylan, Bob The Builder, and a special one of Muhammad Ali, were individually handcrafted by Mr. Hill on found corrugated cardboard. These pieces will continue to be strategically placed throughout NYC until September 10th, 2010.



The lucky few that find one, will have a unique work of art that lasts a lifetime and the opportunity to bring it to the Bhillboards Artshow to get it signed.
