As the pandemic paused Love's career of designing gig posters for world-touring acts like Metallica and The National, The Adults Are Talking & Don't Be Long mark a new focus on advancing his illustrative style.

"Back in 2019 I created a gig poster for The National. With that poster I tried a lot of new techniques, color mixing, and layout. I've been wanting to continue exploring that style, and evolving it. These two new pieces are part of the ongoing series." ––Zeb Love
