Dominic Sohor Ufomammut Manchester Poster

Dominic Sohor has a new poster he did for the 2015 Ufomammut European tour.

I asked Dominic about the design:

Ufomammut's music has a real otherworldly quality, suggesting greater, unknown powers and hidden worlds so I wanted to create a design that showed some kind of narrative along those lines and also that conveyed the sense of grand scale that the band capture. I also wanted to push the design into combining graphic elements with my usual illustrative style, so chose to enclose the scene within the silhouette to give it an immediate impact which would then reveal the detailed scene within, when examined up close.

The poster is a two color A2 screen print on 300gsm paper. Edition of 60 numbered and signed.
