Brian Methe Guided by Voices Poster & New Art Print

First is first is his official Guided By Voices poster from the recent concert in Portland. It’s a 5 color screen print, limited to 40 and signed & numbered.

Also Brian has a new art print for the “30 Years Later” show at Gallery1988. It’s a four color, hand drawn print measuring 14x24 from the movie “Singles” the print is entitled “was is something someone said?” A lyric from the Smashing Pumpkins song “Drown” featured on the film’s soundtrack.

This is a limited edition of 40. Doodles will be available and he will have a very small edition of foil variants.

There are also little references to some of the lost Seattle musicians over the years hidden in the graffiti.

Foo Fighters Cincinnati Print By Brian Methe

Brian Methe going to be releasing his first gigposter for the Foo Fighters on Friday for their show earlier this week in Cincinnati. Brian was really excited as this is also the first show at the ICON Center, which is a brand new venue in town.

The print is based on the myth of a local cryptid, the Loveland Frogman, that was sited in the 70s outside of Cincinnati.

 Prints will be signed and numbered and measure 18x24 inches.

Brian Methe designed this George Floyd print that is being printed by Broken Press Design as a fundraiser for Black Lives Matter.

 Broken Press Design is generously donating the screen printing this 18x24 inch poster of my “Justice” drawing in memory of George Floyd and the victims of police brutality.

Brian Methe Grunge Treaty of 1992 Art Print Release

Brian Methe released a new print entitled "Grunge Treaty of 1992" which captures Kurt Cobain and Eddie Vedder slow dancing backstage at the 1992 VMA Awards.  Grainy video of this was featured in the PJ20 documentary and Brian has always loved the image and wanted to try and capture it.

Brian Methe Big Business Cincinnati Poster

Brian Methe has released his latest poster and it's for the band Big Business.

Its a screen printed gig/concert poster he designed for the band Big Business for their Cincinnati show at MOTR Pub on September 9, 2018.

This is an 18x24 inch, four color screen print designed and drawn by hand.

The image is a parody of the famous Sid and Nancy photograph, but i replaced their faces with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kusher, a perfect representation of big business at work.

He only has 12 available as the band sold the majority of the run at the show.
