No Steve Job's Figure for you. Apple crushes some more dreams

That didn't take long. All of the media attention that in icons' 1/6th scale Steve Jobs figure received ( I showed you it HERE), ended up getting the attention of Apple lawyers. So, like most of the Steve Jobs related toys/art pieces that we've seen, it looks like this one won't be produced. Shame. Why is Apple such a fun governor ?

Each Steve Jobs figures includes two pairs of glasses, three pairs of hands, a black turtleneck, a pair of blue jeans, black leather belt, a chair (wood + metal), a pair of black socks, sneakers, two apples (one with a bite), and a "One More Thing” backdrop. I can't believe there is not an iPod port anywhere on it.
