Chuck Sperry Nick Cave Skateboard Deck Release

Last month Fast Times in Melbourne Australia released a couple of skate board decks featuring the work of Chuck Sperry ( READ FULL STORY HERE) and Nick Cave and now folks in the US will have a chance to get their hands on the decks.

There will be Regular Deck Artist Edition of 40 Signed and Numbered by Chuck Sperry and the larger Cruiser Deck Artist Edition of 10 Signed and Numbered by artist Chuck Sperry.

Chuck Sperry will be making a very limited online release of (Chuck Sperry signed and numbered) artist editions of his Nick Cave Deck Monday, February 16, 2015 at a random time. Only for US customers at ChuckSperry.net

Wave of Mutilation Skate Deck by Kevin Tong

Kevin Tong has new skate deck out right now. The Slow Skateboard Company in Germany really liked his image for the sold out print called “Wave of Mutilation” that he did for the Phone Booth Gallery’s “ARTWORK AND NO PLAY”, a group art show dedicated to the Shining.

They were nice enough to send Kevin some decks and the first thing he noticed was how strong and lightweight the decks are. The image printed very nicely on the surface of the deck.

Santa Cruz “Screaming Foot” Cruzer Skatedeck

Santa Cruz presents this limited edition Cruzer featuring a new graphic by legendary artist Jim Phillips. The screaming foot is an extension of Phillips’ iconic Screaming Hand design, first seen in the 80s. Only 300 of these completes were produced, offered in both a regular version as well as goofy. Damien Hirst Supreme Skateboard Decks 2.0

Supreme drops the second series of Damien Hirst skateboards in their NY and LA stores tomorrow, Nov. 19. The release includes five separate designs, each incorporating elements from Hirst’s popular Spot Paintings, along with new icons referencing reoccurring themes in his art, such as drugs, death, and religion. Japan sales will take place Nov. 20, followed by online sales on Nov 23.

As with the first Hirst deck release, expect these to disappear instantly, and then reappear quickly on ebay.
