New Posters by Teddy Pancake Detroit Cobras and Earthless

Teddy Pancake sent over some new images for a couple of cool new posters he did.

These Earthless posters are 25 X 19" and 2 colors on 100# white cover. These will be for sale at the merch booth at the show, and if there is any left they will be available in his etsy store Saturday. Due to various circumstances he printed a few different versions of this poster. Edition info as follows:

This is a screen printed poster for The Detroit Cobras' performance at The Casbah with The Dex Romweber Duo. 12 X 18" and 2 colors on 100# white cover. New artist Teddy Pancake couple of nice art prints for sale

This print was created for the "These are the Quotes from Our Favorite 80s Movies" print show. The opening reception for this show will be Friday May 15th in conjunction with Salt Lake City's monthly "gallery stroll" from 6 - 9 pm. at Signed & Numbered Gallery in Salt Lake City. 30 artists were asked to create a print based on a quote from an 80's movie. He went with Labyrinth.

"She's Going To Say The Words"
Screenprint and Spraypaint
He sprayed orange spraypaint on the pink paper before he screenprinted these. Due to this process, each print is slightly different, and the print you purchase may not look EXACTLY like the print pictured.

2 Screens - 1 purple and 1 gloss varnish. The varnish makes a shiny pattern on the print when the light hits it right. These look real nice in real life.
11.5 X 14" on WAUSAU Astrobrights 65# Cover FIREBALL FUCHSIA paper.
This is an edition of 48, he has only 12 copies for sale. He also did a silver version of this print (only two copies). Those are in the store as well.

Show opening reception: Saturday, April 18, 2009, 6 - 9 pm at Signed & Numbered/Slowtrain Records in Salt Lake City, Size Records in Oklahoma City and 52.5 Records in Charleston, SC. 38 artists were asked to create a print based on song lyrics. He went with Black Sabbath.

I'm Pancake. I live in San Diego and I like to screenprint, paint and draw things. I am a music fanatic. I listen to music when I work on art so making art for the bands I listen to just makes sense. All my concert posters and fine art prints are hand-pulled screenprints.
