Christopher Harrell Even the Stars: Glow in the Dark Letterpress Poster

Been a little while since I heard from Christopher Harrell, but he is back with a nice looking glow in the dark print.

This typographic poster's quote comes from the classic film, I Walked with a Zombie. A perfect print for people who like quotes, stars, zombies, dying, or things that glow.

Chris designed the poster and hand carved the image from a linoleum block. He printed it in 2 passes on a Vandercook press at SVC's letterpress studio. It was printed with hand mixed deep blue Van Son ink and a very rare glow in the dark offset ink from Gans. This was a run of only 60 prints. Each print comes signed and numbered. The poster is printed on 100% cotton archival quality, acid-free 90lb paper.

Christopher Harrell Last Words Print Series

 Christopher Harrell just posted a few new prints from his new series, Last Words. Christopher has been making posters of the Last Lines of some of his favorite books. He has the Great Gatsby and the Little Prince up right now. Soon to come is the Return of the King. he also has a bonus Zelda print that he is pretty stoked about.

Winter is Coming -Letterpress Poster Inspired by the Game of Thrones From Christopher Harrell

This is a new edition of Christopher's original Winter is Coming poster. The colors are new (Metallic Silver!), but the awesomeness remains.

This poster was inspired by the family crest of the Stark house from the book/TV series, Game of Thrones. It features a badass direwolf and the Stark family words, Winter is Coming. A great piece for anyone who is a fan of the books or things that are awesome.

He designed the poster and carved the image from 3 lino blocks. He printed it in 3 passes on a Vandercook press at SVC's letterpress studio. The ink is a hand mixed blue and metallic silver. The type was hand set in 18pt Garamond Italic lead type. It reads, Winter is Coming. This was a run of 80 prints. Each print comes signed and numbered. The poster is printed on 100% cotton archival quality, acid-free 90lb paper.
