Sam Spratt Gilded I Iron Man Print Release

One of the biggest movies this year opens today The Avengers Age of Ultron, 1xRUN are excited to welcome Sam Spratt back for their very first open edition to celebrate the release. The print features Iron Man and is titled Gilded 1.

You will be able to get the print in two sizes 14 x 18 or 18 x 24.

"The original piece was painted digitally with a Wacom Cintiq 24HD from scratch. I wanted to draw something shiny, so I did. That's all there is to it. It took roughly 18 hours. It's extremely shiny-looking. It's really rather fetching. How fetching? Well, Industrial Light & Magic owns one, so...a considerable amount." - Sam Spratt

Sam Spratt Handsome Jack Gilded Mask Print Release

The fine folks at Treehouse Brands have another killer print release for one of their properties. You may be asking who is Treehouse Brands, they run the official stores for a number of different big video game properties. They worked with Galley1988 on the American McGees Alice art show back in 2011 and last fall had a series of prints based on the Tomb Raider game as well. Last year they released the Doom prints by Godmachine and Jonathan Wayshak .

This time they got something from Sam Spratt, Handsome Jack from the Borderlands games. The print titled Handsome Jack Gilded Mask is an 18 x 24 lithograph on 100 lb. paper, that means it's on some nice thick paper. It will be a signed and numbered edition of 500 and goes on sale Wednesday at 9AM MDT.

Sam Spratt Daenerys Game Of Thrones Print Release Details

Sam Spratt returns to 1xRUN Tuesday with a new timed edition print that fans of Game of Thrones are going to really like. I give you the Mother of Dragons, Daenerys.

This Timed Edition Will Run From Tuesday, September 2nd at 12pm EDT until Tuesday, September 16th at 3pm EDT at which time the edition will be closed to the number sold.
The print is 16 x 24 Inches Archival Pigment Print on 310gsm Museum Natural White Fine Art Paper.

"This piece was digitally painted back in March using a Wacom Cintiq Tablet from sketch to finish. You may notice the hair being fairly wooshy. I'm very proud of this wooshiness.

I've seen the show in full. If I'd read the books I would know that her eyes should be purple and her hair should be silver-er. She seemed like the least likely to die and thus the art would live on forever, but I haven't read the books so I could be totally wrong." - Sam Spratt
