Pearl Jam Mark 5 Austin City Limits Music Festival Poster & Shirts

On Sunday October 5 Pearl Jam play the first of 2 shows at the Austin City Limits Music Festival and Mark 5 designed the poster for that concert.

To make things easier on folks Pearl Jam have a Pop-Up merchandise stand at Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop parking lot. It has all the new 2014 merchandise so that you can shop early and not have to drag it around the festival and worry about some drunk meat-head trashing your posters and clothing.

Pearl Jam Leeds England Poster by Mark 5 with Sticker & Buttons

Leeds England is where one of the greatest live rock albums ever was recorded as The Who tore through a set most bands today only dream about. But tonight Pearl Jam are in Leeds and I have feeling they might come close. Mark 5 did the poster for the show and used Leeds Coat of Arms as a starting point and created a Pearl Jam Coat of Arms.

Pearl Jam Buffalo Poster by Mark 5 World Premiere Exclusive

Tonight Pearl Jam are in Buffalo and just like last night this one is sold out already, the show not the poster. Mark 5 is the artist tonight and he used elements such as Buffalo being named the Queen City to design his poster using metallic inks as well.

If tonight's show is anything like last night they will need to put a new roof on the First Niagara Center. People were saying Ed sounded better than he has for years last night. Merch stands are open now outside. Also for the first time tubes are available for sale inside and outside at the merch stands to keep the posters safe from the drunk meatheads that like to spill beer on people.

Pixies Los Angeles Night 2 Poster by Mark 5 World Premier Exclusive

WOW, The Pixies rocked the El Ray Theatre in Los Angeles for night 2 of their 4 night stand last night. This reunion tour of theirs is really starting strong for fans of their music and the posters. Mark 5 did the poster and it is brilliant. First two nights have set the bar high for the posters. I can't wait to see the other nights as well as the rest of the ones for the US tour. I do know a new artist has been brought in to do one, a graffiti artist at that. I'm sure it will look great knowing what his gallery work looks like.
