When two things you appreciate and enjoy come together unexpectedly it's simple incredible. To celebrate the 100 seasons of the National Football League (NFL), Goldman Global Arts (GGA) — the curators behind the renowned Wynwood Walls — and the NFL have collaborated to make an artistic statement at Super Bowl LIV across Miami. A curated group of artists including Tristan Eaton, Dasic Fernández, Joe Iurato, Kelsey Montague, and RISK will be showcasing their work through various platforms all highlighting different pieces of NFL100.
For the first time ever in the history of the Super Bowl and artist was tasked with creating the official event poster art work and that is Tristan Eaton. In the past the NFL used the marketing people to create the poster. But Tristan's work did not end there, his art is on the tickets and the program for the game.
Plus Tristan painted a huge Lombardi Trophy will be outside the stadium on game day.
Some words from Tristan on the project:
It’s been incredibly hard to keep this secret, but this is a huge honor for me both as a fan and as an artist. Those that know me know that my dad coached football and this was a major part of what brought my family together. Super Bowl is one of the biggest sporting events on the planet so it was indeed a very special challenge to design this piece, but I’m humbled and honored to be a part of NFL history. This is sooooooo coool! This fine art print is made in partnership with Goldman Global Arts and the NFL and is based on Tristan Eaton’s official artwork on the Super Bowl game day ticket and program. Each print is $250, 18” x 24” in size, signed, numbered and features a custom silver embossed stamp.
