Arch Nemesis Show Preview from Hero Complex Gallery

Hero Complex Gallery is excited to follow up on their immensely popular exhibition, Righteous Rides, with their late May show, Arch Nemesis!

Hero Complex Gallery is proud to announce our next exhibition on May 24th, 2013, “Arch Nemesis!” - an art show focusing on Bad Guys...on the Villains, Rogues, and Scoundrels of the world. And what good is a Nemesis show without a few heroes to kick around!

Opening Reception AND Online Giveaway:

They will be giving away (1) maple wood variant of Laurent Durieux's “Peter Pan (Peter and Wendy)”...and if that wasn't enough, they will ALSO be giving away (1) metal variant of Craig Drake's “Predator”, inspired by the film of the same name. One will be awarded to opening night customers and one will be awarded to online customers.

All customers with purchases of $100 or more will automatically be entered to win.

Silence of the Lambs Movie Poster by Matt Verges

The second print in the 3 Barrels Trick or Treat for Unicef series, Matt Verges’ “Silence of the Lambs”.

This is Matt’s first film related print for 3 Barrels since “Jaws” back in December of 2011 and much like that poster, they couldn't be happier with how this one came out.
Its available now in their webstore for $35.

Printed by Martin Hammond, this 24” x 36” joint is limited to 140 copies with only 60 available for online purchase.

They are showing the flick at the Nomad in Philadelphia on Sunday November 18th at 8pm and they will have posters in hand for it. All web orders will start shipping out the next day.

Bearsnail tour poster by Matt Verges on sale

One of many I consider underrated artists, Matt Verges has released another cool looking poster. This time for the Denver folk duo Bearsnail and their current tour. It's a 12 x 18 three color screen print on 100# Kraft Fiber paper including a metallic gold and transparent layer. Its signed, numbered and limited to 50.

New JAWS print by Matt Verges for Three Barrels Ltd.

This poster is by Matt Verges, and is the first release by Three Barrels Ltd. It measures in at 24 x 36, is a 5 color screen print including a split fountain and a transparent layer. The regular blue edition is limited to 150, and the red variant is limited to 50. Proceeds from this print go to The Shark Trust, a UK organization that works to end shark finning globally. These are currently available at Three Barrels Ltd, with an artist edition coming at a later date.
