This week Black Dragon Press are releasing four gorgeous new prints by George Bletsis celebrating some of his favorite more unusual houseplants. Printed giclée with screenprinted embellishments these 10" x 10" prints will make for the perfect backdrop to your green corner or a thoughtful gift for the houseplant enthusiast this Christmas. Each plant is limited to 50 copies and available individually or as part of a set.

George Bletsis's Home Botanicals will go on sale this Friday December 4 at 5pm UK time Noon EST in the US exclusively in the Black Dragon Press Shop.

George Bletsis Hunt for the Wilderpeople Poster Release From Black Dragon Press

In partnership with Piki Films and coinciding with the first anniversary of the film's release in New Zealand, Black Dragon Press are delighted to present this majestic poster for 'Hunt for the Wilderpeople'. In this large format limited edition screen print, UK illustrator George Bletsis has created a super fun piece that draws you in as it beckons you to quite literally hunt for the wilderpeople.

"I love this poster. It reminds me of the kind of thing I would make as a kid, obsessing over every detail I remembered from movies I loved. I'm particularly pleased to see the minister is in there too!" - Taika Waititi.

And for the more creative among you, they're also releasing a smaller keyline poster so that you may unleash your inner colorist. These are printed on the same heavy duty paper stock as the main edition so you can frame it up and display on your walls whatever medium you use.

George Bletsis Back To The Future Poster Release By Mondo

"Silence, Earthling! My name is Darth Vader. I am an extra-terrestrial from the planet Vulcan!"

On Thursday Mondo will have a capsule release celebrating one of the greatest film franchise: BACK TO THE FUTURE. They’ve worked with several artists over the years to create posters inspired by the '80s classic - along with the trilogy soundtrack on vinyl! - and they're excited to add to the collection with two new posters for the first film by George Bletsis.

“BACK TO THE FUTURE is one of my favourite films of all time, so it was tough to choose from so many great scenes and iconic moments. I'm a big fan of ‘50s illustrations and design, so making my own version of a pulp magazine cover to depict this famous scene was an absolute blast! I hope you all enjoy the poster as much as I enjoyed making it!” said George.
