For tonight's Avett Brothers show in St Louis they had Dig My Chili design the poster. The Healer is a 4 color silkscreen with a limited run of 200. All signed and numbered. The size is 23 x 34. They also did a blue variant edition of 50 posters. Signed and numbered as well.

Dig My Chili John Legend Los Angeles Posters

You have heard me say in the past sometimes I gasp when I open an email from an artist and see the poster. Well it happened again last night when I got the new ones from Dig My Chili.

Dig My Chilil did these two posters for John Legend's two night gig at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, Sunday and Monday. DMC ventured into foil stamping and produced these two pieces. They used gold foil on a Nightshift blue by French Paper. They did a limited edition of 200 for each night and the posters are signed and numbered and measure 26 x 20 inches.

I asked Sergio is there any part that is silk screened and he was like nope it's ALL Gold Foil Stamped. Incredible to say the least.

Avett Brothers Dig My Chili Cleveland Mississippi Poster Release

So here comes another excellent Avett Brothers poster by Dig My Chili. The Avett Brothers are performing tonight October 4th at the Bologna Performing Arts Center at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Dig My Chili did a limited edition of 200, signed and numbered, 6 color print. The size for this print is 24x34 and it's printed on Finch Opaque White paper. They also created a blue variant with an edition of 50. Also signed and numbered.

Dig My Chili Avert Brothers Tuscaloosa Poster World Premiere Exclusive

The guys guys from Dig My Chili designed the posters for the Avett Brothers' concert in Tuscaloosa, Alabama tonight. So good seeing new work from Dig My Chili.

For this concert, they produced an original and 2 variants. The posters are 24in x 36in, 3 color silk screened, they also used a stippling technique to create the poster which I'm really curios to see in person. They printed them on French Steel Gray and they are all signed and numbered. The original version is an edition of 200 (only 40 will be available on their site) and the variants are an edition of 50 each (also only 40 on the site).

Dig My Chili Avett Brothers Madison Poster On Sale

It's been a little while since I heard from the guys at Dig My Chili, but it's always worth the wait to see what they have done. They just released this poster they did for the Avett Brothers show in Madison, Wisconsin last night. It's a 16 x 24 inch silk screen printed on French paper Newsprint. Dig My Chili used 6 colors on this one. They only printed 220 of the original. They also did a variant for this one and that was printed on Stardream Silver metallic paper...it looks fantastic. The variant only has an edition of 50.

I always love getting emails from Dig My Chili since I know it will be a killer new poster. This one for Umphrey's McGee show at Red Rocks this Friday delivers on that without a doubt.

Dig My Chili Avett Brothers Dallas Posters Release Details

It's been a little while since Dig My Chili released a poster by they have been slaving over the stove and got some fresh chili for you know. They did the posters for the two Avett Brothers shows in Dallas last night and tonight. Dig My Chili will have both posters on one sheet. They used 5 colors and printed them on silver paper. The regular posters wil have a run of 200 and each poster is signed and numbered. They also did a variant for this one and used metallic colored ink. That is an edition of 45 and they are signed and numbered, as well. Both posters measure 28 x 24 inches as well.

Dig My Chili on the design:

 Part of it comes from the Pegasus being the unofficial/quasi official symbol of Dallas. (There's a huge red neon Pegasus atop a downtown skyscraper that was once the home of Magnolia Oil which much much later became Mobil oil.

Overall it has a bit to do with our can do attitude as a city and as Texans in general - this city rewards those that take a chance, work hard and eschew fear. Which, to us, is the same attitude and direction the Avett Brothers come from. They are true to themselves and their music. They aren't afraid to work hard and do things their way…so it just seemed like a natural fit. Add to it that we have the strongest most beautiful women in the world...

Oh and there are a few Avett Brothers song Easter eggs in it too.

Avett Brothers Dig My Chili Louisville Posters All 3 Night World Premiere Exclusive

The Avett Brothers are in Louisville for 3 nights and Dig My Chili did the posters for all three nights.

Each poster is a S/N edition of 200. At the show the majority will be sold as singles. But there will be uncut sheets for sale each night as well. 

The posters are Six Color screen prints including a metallic on French Paper, Dur-O-Tone, Newsprint Aged, 80lb C. The size of the the three posters is 36in x 24in, with each poster being 12in x 24in.

Shown above are the 2 different color variants that only Dig My Chili will be selling.  Those are both six colors including a metallic as well. They are a S/N edition of only 25 each.

Dave Matthews Band Chicago Poster by Dig My Chili On Sale Details

I'm always happy to see new work from Dig My Chili and even more so when it's for a big band like Dave Matthews. Dig My Chili did this poster for the second night of Dave Matthews Band in Chicago at the FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. The poster is huge also at 24 x 36 inches, the show edition is numbered from 1405.

Dig My Chili Jack Johnson Cary NC Poster

Dig My Chili have a killer new poster and this one is for Jack Johnson's concert in Cary, North Carolina last night. Dig My Chili did a limited edition of 135 signed and numbered 5 color silk screened posters in orange for the regular edition. They printed this one on Neenah Environmental recycled paper. It's a tall one measuring in at a gigantic 12 x 38 inches. They also did two variants for this one, one yellow and one red. Each version is a limited edition of 35 that is also signed and numbered. Tonight's Avett Brothers New York Poster by Dig My Chili Exclusive

The Avett Brothers are in New York City tonight at the Barclays Center and Dig My Chili have created another simply stunning poster. Incorporating scenes of New York from the 50's as someone from the country arrives in New York for the first time it is an amazing piece of work. Be sure to click on the image to enlarge and see all the little details.

It's a 34x15 4 color silkscreen. Dig My Chili printed it on the same paper as their previous Avett poster, French Dur-O-Tone newsprint extra white. They brought some elements from the previous poster and incorporate into the design of this one. It's an edition of 200. They did a variant too and that has an edition of 40.

Pixies Asheville Poster by Dig My Chili On Sale Now

The Pixies played last night in Asheville, North Carolina and the guys at Dig My Chili just crushed another poster. I know almost everyone is watching the Super Bowl right now ( c'mon Peyton get it together) but I could not hold off on showing this one to you folks.

The regular edition in yellow is 6 colors 18 x 24 with an edition of 135. The blue variant has an edition of 40. Both are printed on Mohawk Loop Granite paper which I have never heard of but sounds sexy as hell and I can't wait to see it.

Winners of the Dig My Chili Poster Giveaway

Couple of really big football games today so I'll make this fast so those of you watching the Broncos and Patriots game can get back to it, Go Peyton.

I think for the first time ever in all the giveaways I have done all but one person commented in the giveaway with the correct kind of comment. Red Hot Chili Peppers & Ray Lamontagne Dig My Chili Free Friday Poster Giveaway

Dig My Chili released 5 posters in 2013 after a 2 year absence from doing posters and each one of them was just amazing. The Lumineers poster is one of my favorites by far. So I was really stoked when they said they wanted to do a giveaway for the first time on the blog for you my fine readers. Then I was blown away when they said hey lets do two. This new poster of theirs for the Alabama Shakes is just sweet.  The poster is for the concert in North Charleston, South Carolina last night. They silkscreened 90 posters with 3 colors. They are 19in x 24in and were printed on French Paper Dur-O-Tone. They have 50 signed and numbered available at their site. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are known for being pretty wild and funny in their music and concerts. Sergio of Dig My Chili has captured all that with his great perspective and put a little twist on it as well, just look at all the little details in these posters.
