Justin Hampton is ready to sell his Queens of the Stone Age Portland poster on his all new website. This newly designed website is now more user friendly, has Wordpress, a dedicated store function with the ability to check the status of your order after a purchase, it will have direct access to his Facebook page and more! The website is now up and ready to view. The website now requires you to create an account and login to access the ability to place an order on the site with all of the new features. Stop by the website before the new poster release this coming Tuesday so you don't have to register on the day of the sale.

Coming this Tuesday April 29 at NOON EST Justin will have his Queens posters on sale and two variants in his store HERE.

The regular edition is a six color screen print on 100 lb white cougar(acid free) paper stock measuring 18"x 24". Signed and numbered in a very limited edition of only 100 prints. Each print comes with a hand pulled emboss of the JH insignia.

The Foil Variant is a six color screen print on 100 lb holographic foil stock measuring 18"x 24". Signed and numbered in a very limited edition of only 30 prints. Each print comes with a hand pulled emboss of the JH insignia.

The Metallic Cooper Variant is a six color screen print on 100 lb metallic copper stock measuring 18"x 24". Signed and numbered in a very limited edition of only 30 prints. Each print comes with a hand pulled emboss of the JH insignia.

Queens of the Stone Age Boneface Hobart Poster Australia

After Queens of the Stone Age teamed up with Nine Inch Nails in touring Australia they continued on melting faces. At the stop in Hobart, Boneface did the poster for the show.

The brutal & dynamic young UK artist Boneface,  did the album art & video images for the latest QOTSA album “Like Clockwork” He normally doesn’t do gig posters but thru his collaboration with QOTSA he did this one for the bands solo show in Hobart this year.

It’s a limited edition silkscreen on archival stock. Edition of 195. 16 x 24 inch. AUD $ 35.00 This was gig sold so not that many remain.

String Cheese Incident Oakland Poster by Matt Leunig

The String Cheese Incident rolled into Oakland California for a 3-day run this weekend and reached out to Matt Leunig to do a special poster. Last time he worked with them was for the their 20th Anniversary New Years print and people seemed to enjoy the print so Matt was looking forward to another collaboration.

The concept for this one was a kind of Cosmic Shaman as their music, especially the electric stuff, gets really zoney & spacey. Lots of lights and colors during their stage performances. Not much differed from the actual concept sketch which is pretty rare.

The poster has a nice gold border and popping fluorescent inks and came out to be 6-colors and 18′x 24.. The print run was 375 and Matt will be selling 45 copies signed/numbered.

Malleus Desert Fest London Poster Release Details & Giveaway

Malleus has a sick looking new poster for Desert Fest in London this weekend. It’s a 6 colors handmade silkscreen and it’s a limited edition of 145 pieces.
100 will be on sale during Desert Fest in London, then about 30 copies only will be for sale from Malleus on Monday. It’s very very sparkling with a lot of metallic inks.

Now Malleus is having a giveaway of the poster as well. They want a funny answer/explanation of just what the woman in the poster is doing.

Is the woman really small and the she’s on top of a human skull OR is the woman sit on a giant skull?
And why is she showing horns?
Is because she’s Italian and someone passed her quickly on a car or because she’s a metal head? -Malleus

Ben Frost Employee of the Month Print Release Details

Australian artist Ben Frost is back at 1xRUN today with more commentary on pop culture with his Employee of the Month print.

"This was one of four large pieces that I produced for the exhibition 'Company of Thieves' at Inner State Gallery in Detroit in 2013. I haven't really painted in this detailed 'mash-up' style for a while, so it was good to get back into. I enjoy making these types of paintings, because they're very 'organic' in that I don't necessarily have any specific idea where it's going until it's nearly complete. The characters and elements just kind of appear and interact between themselves to define hidden and subliminal ideas." - Ben Frost
