Galerie F loves working with everybody's number one Brit Drew Millward. His work is so good and every time he has done work for Galerie F he's brought his AAA game. My Grammy Never Gave Gifts is his Annie Hall print for The Logan Theatre and is a dream project for Drew as it's one of his favorite films. Drew Millward The Big Lebowski Movie Poster Release

Galerie F have been huge fans of the incredibly talented Drew Millward for while now, having worked with him previously on a few projects. So when the opportunity came along to make a poster for the Logan Theatre’s showing of the iconic Coen Brothers movie The Big Lebowski, it was an obviously choice to get Drew involved. He absolutely stole the rug with this print, and it’ll be available for purchase at galerief.com on Monday October 5th at 2pm CST.

Drew Millward's "Chicago Columbian Exposition" Print Release From Galerie F

Illustrator Drew Millward knocked out this impressively detailed art print themed on the World's Fair Columbian Exposition that was held in Chicago 1893. Mimicking travel poster aesthetics, Millward elevates the design with intricate details and eye popping colors to keep the eye actively scanning this beautiful image. The 19th century drive towards progress and the mechanical age is playfully integrated through a "deus ex machina" looking over the fair.

The Fantastic Mr. Dahl Show Presented by Galerie F

Galerie F welcomes their first anniversary with open arms and open books. Eighteen of Europe's best designers and print makers have been called together to interpret and revive the works of Roald Dahl. They will be hosting a wide array of prints and illustration on Dahl's most widely enjoyed poem and stories. This event is the official Flatstock welcoming party sponsored by the American Poster Institute.

Featuring a live recording of the Adventures in Design Podcast from 9pm to 11pm. Adventures in Design is a free podcast about the culture of design and illustration - graphic design gossip and artistic growing pains through the eyes of two handsome DIY poster designers. Something you should really listen too, it's a lot of fun.

Gremlins Poster by Drew Millward & The Deadly Spawn Poster by Phantom City Creative Mondo Release Today

One came from the deep reaches of space and the other came from Chinatown, but both are capable of multiplying and destroying humanity at a rapid rate. Today, Mondo will be releasing posters for two of their favorite 80's creature movies. GREMLINS by Drew Millward and THE DEADLY SPAWN by Phantom City Creative, respectively.

Mondo had unveiled this DEADLY SPAWN poster at a special Alamo Drafthouse Summer of '83 screening of the film in Austin, TX. They are pleased to release the remaining copies along with Drew's fantastic GREMLINS poster, which contains a Glow-in-the-Dark layer that translates the Chinese text.

Drew Millard A Princess Bride Movie Poster 25th Anniversary Showing by Mondo

Last night Alamo had a special viewing of The Princess Bride and had English artist Drew Millward do the poster for the event. Yes the year is wrong, yes the posters are printed and yes that is how they are being sold. With the word that a mystery poster is going on sale today along with the other one, my guess is that its this one.

Gallery1988's recent partnership with Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier on creating original and new gig posters for their recent bus tour, going city to city and recording their extremely popular podcast, called SModcast, live in front of an audience have yielded some nice work. Combined with an all new formula and a ‘bass dropping’ array of artists, LYRICS AND TYPE: VERSE 2 aims to feature interpretations of both famous, past and present song lyrics by 14 leading international typographers, designers, artists and illustrators.

Each of the 14 selected artists have been carefully invited by Wooden Toy and VNA Magazine to respond to a project brief and discuss with the public through it’s exhibition on the importance of music ‘versus’ influence and personal inspiration.
