Skinner is set to release a new print on Wednesday the 5th of December, which is also Krampus Day. Krampus is a beast-like creature from the folklore of Alpine countries thought to punish bad children during the Christmas season, in contrast with Saint Nicholas, who rewards nice ones with gifts. Krampus is said to capture particularly naughty children in his sack and carry them away to his lair.
The Krampus plays your song; THE WHIPPING WOUNDS THAT STING, THE CHRISTMAS KRAMPUS BELL THAT RINGS, A SADDENED CHILD MAY HAVE TO SING AND LEARN THE DESIRE OF KINGS! This is a 12″ x 12″ five-color screenprint on French's Old Green Speckletone paper, has an edition of 50, and will cost $40 all signed and numbered!! It goes up Wednesday, December 5th at noon EST.
