Hope everyone's New Year is off to a great start. After the 12 days of giveaways in December for the Holidays Free Fridays are back.
Today we have a great print by Ryan McCann that the fine folks at 1xRUN provided, Death To Koons. If you are familiar with Jeff Koons' work you will understand the image.
"This is number 2 in a series of works that has become the “Death to...” series . The first was “Death to Banksy” which became a popular piece so when the idea of memorializing more of my favorite artists came about this specific image came to mind. The original painting is oil and acrylic on masonite and it was done in 2012." - Ryan McCann
Death To Koons is a 20 x 16 Inches Archival Pigment Print on 330gsm Fine Art Paper signed and numbered edition of 100. Also please note the print does not come framed.
Now go to the top of the post above the picture and click on comments or scroll down (depends on how you see this post) to leave a comment to have a chance at winning the print. Don't worry if your comment does not appear immediately I have to approve them before they are published. I will use the random number generator to pick a winner. Entries are limited to ONE PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD. Please leave your name with the comment, comments without names will not be accepted. Entries will be accepted until midnight PDT Saturday January 12 that's almost two days to enter with the winner announced on Sunday.
Thank you again to 1xRUN.com for providing the print and good luck.

Ryan McCann is the man! Pro athlete turned Pro artist, I'm totally jealous. Love this piece.
ReplyDeleteInteresting he chose basketballs. The title is already a bit racy.. even with his last night name! I would like to read the story behind it for sure!
ReplyDeleteThanks 1xRun for your donation!
