Those of you that have met Daniel Danger know how much fun he can be in person. So when I met him in Chicago this past summer he gave me his Senator's Daughter poster to giveaway to you fine folks. I said hey can you throw a doodle on there. By the time he was done I was almost in tears laughing so hard. He made this one real special.
He made the print specifically for the 2010 SxSW Flatstock Poster Show, it's of the Driskill hotel in Austin, known as “the most haunted building in Texas”. This particular hotel has a seemingly endless supply of ghost stories coming out of it, but he choose to focus on one in particular. Sort of a visual sequel to the print he did years back for Austin. He never sold this online. So I'm not even sure he has any left after all the shows he did this year. The poster is 18 x 24 signed from an edition of 150.

I was a driver at many music festivals in Austin and I remember picking up a major act at this hotel to take her to the airport. the hotel has a very tangible vibe. This print is stupefying. I'm thankful to know it exists.
