Justin Van Genderen Rogue NASA Poster

This gorgeous design by Justin Van Genderen captured the hearts of the folks behind Rogue NASA. The image of a lone astronaut with the reflection of our planet on his helmet is quiet and pensive. You can feel the stillness of space around him. It elegantly captures the sentiment these recent rogue media outlets represent. When Justin Van Genderen brought this print idea to Galerie F, they couldn't wait to support his endeavor and their shared environment. This print release will donate 100% of the profits to organizations that fight against the climate crisis facing our planet. Galerie F C2E2 Print Releases

What a weekend Galerie F had at C2E2! They put a lot of work in over the last few months getting artists to create new pieces exclusively for the show, printing them and then turning the gallery upside down to fill the rest of the booth so it was awesome to finally get around to the show as it's one of their favorite weekends of the year. This year they got exclusive work by some of their biggest artists.

Dan Mumford is bringing the apocalypse to his new print, invoking Fallout, Mad Max & I Am Legend.

Epyon5 has added The Dude & Princess Leia to his ever growing roster.

JC Rivera has a great mashup with Wu-Tang & his Bear Champ.

Jason Rowland is giving us acryllic on wood pop culture masks with a twist.

Steven Holliday has a badass and wonderfully detailed Harley Quinn print, complete with a foil variant

Matthew Johnson brings us a brooding version of this month's biggest release; BvS

And last but not least, Justin Van Genderen has created a beautiful tribute to 90's sci fi cult classic Gattaca.

Justin Van Genderen Enter the Dragon Poster Release From Galerie F

Galerie F snuck in one more Logan Theatre collaboration for the month of August, as they could not pass up the opportunity to create a film poster for the master Bruce Lee. Galerie F invited their good friend and artist Justin Van Genderen to tackle "Enter the Dragon" - a film ripe with iconic imagery. He created one "good guy" version in red, and one "bad guy" version - a contrast between the two worlds Lee exists within in this classic martial arts film. Note the changing silhouettes between each design.

Justin Van Genderen Star Wars Planet Prints

This coming Monday April 27th at 2PM CST Galerie F will be releasing the first of many batches of exclusive works made just for Galerie F at C2E2.

The first round of exclusives are JUSTIN VAN GENDEREN's revisited Star Wars planet prints. These minimalist travel posters were first released over three years ago and have long sold out; they have reprinted them in new textures, metallic variants, and limited release papers just for C2E2. Justin Van Genderen Superhero Monuments Prints Release

December is upon us, whether we like it or not. To add some cheer to the holiday season Galerie F have collaborated with one of their greatest artists, Justin Van Genderen, to create a few new prints in his long line of comic inspired imagery. The superheroes created through the Marvel series are now ubiquitous, but though their stories are timeless. The Monument Series re-sculpts the fictional icon through a modern, realistic interpretation of how these pseudo-saviors are truly worshiped. Justin Van Genderen Relativity Prints

Justin Van Genderen of 2046 Design has begun a new series of designs to be screenprinted. This new series comes as a follow up to his immensely successful, Location Location Location series that features iconic locations from cult films, comics, and television. Each print from "Force and Nature" serves as an educational art form with a visual and text description of important theories and observations. We start the series with two complex sides to the same coin - relativity - a fundamental principle in the study of physics. Galerie F is very excited to explore new territory with VanGenderen's "Force and Nature" series both simplistic and beautiful works of education.

Shawn Knight & John Vogl Brothers Grimm Prints

Galerie F is pleased to welcome Shawn Knight and John Vogl for their dual mini exhibition. They approached Knight and Vogl to exhibit new works - their styles are varied in subject matter and aesthetic, they were eager to see them display together. This exhibition celebrates 200th anniversary of Grimm's Fairy Tale (2nd Volume). Featuring exclusive new screenprints themed on the artists' favorite tales from the Brothers Grimm.

Hansel & Gretel, Snow White, Cinderella, Rumpelstiltskin - only a few of the many titles to be re-imagined by these talented designers.

Galerie F had the pleasure of hosting Justin Van Genderen for a day at their C2E2 booth in late April. He released two brand new prints for the weekend which are now on sale in their webstore. "Gotham" and "Metropolis" are both variant designs of previously printed works. Van Genderen added new textures and depth to each design, and FugScreens Studios printed each with metallic inks that make the prints shine.

Galerie F at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo C2E2

Galerie F will be at C2E2 this weekend with a load of amazing artists and brand new art prints. All works will go live on the GF webstore on Monday April 28th.

And here are some details for ya -

Galerie F is excited to host their first booth in the Block at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo. This jam packed three day affair starts Friday April 25th and runs through Sunday April 27th at the McCormick Center.

All weekend long they will be having artists meet and greets at the GF booth, some folks have flown across the country just to be here! Artists will be signing works and chatting up according to the schedule below.

They have asked a dozen artists and designers, some new and some old to the Galerie F roster, to create brand new exclusive art prints for this event. Here’s a sneak peek at a few prints that will be available. Not able to attend the event? Not a worry, all prints remaining will go live on the Galerie F webstore on Monday April 28th 2014.

Galerie F will be releasing three brand new prints from Justin Van Genderen tomorrow, Thursday April 3rd at 2PM CST.

These three prints were commissioned by Galerie F to be brought down to Flatstock SXSW in Austin, TX. Each is considered a new addition to his ongoing Location, Location, Location series that was premiered at GF in December 2013. Anton and Llewlyn are a paired set referencing the film No Country for Old Men.

Gallery Opening Covered Justin Van Genderen Location Show at Galerie F Chicago

Last night at Galerie F in Chicago saw the opening of Justin Van Genderen exhibition “Location Location Location” which is his first solo show of his work.

What I like best about this body of work is he actually took the time to be creative in designing the posters and created something original rather than going the lazy route and using images from Google to create the work. Sweden I think is my favorite
