Gallery Opening Covered Justin Van Genderen Location Show at Galerie F Chicago

Last night at Galerie F in Chicago saw the opening of Justin Van Genderen exhibition “Location Location Location” which is his first solo show of his work.

What I like best about this body of work is he actually took the time to be creative in designing the posters and created something original rather than going the lazy route and using images from Google to create the work. Sweden I think is my favorite

13 posters in all are display

Arabia – 18″x24″ / Edition of 50 / 3 Colors (Lawrence of Arabia)
Australia – 30″x20″ / Edition of 75 / 3 Colors (Mad Max)
Casablanca- 18″x24″ / Edition of 50 / 2 Colors (Casablanca)
Fargo – 18″x24″ / Edition of 40 / 5 Colors (Fargo)
Gattaca – 18″x24″ / Edition of 50 / 2 Colors (Gattaca)
Gotham – 18″x24″ / Edition of 100 / 2 colors (The Dark Knight)
Iowa – 18″x24″ / Edition of 100 / 4 Colors (Star Trek)
London – 18″x24″ / Edition of 75 / 3 Colors (Harry Potter)
NYC – 18″x24″ / Edition of 50 / 3 Colors (Man on Wire)
San Francisco – 18″x 24″ / Edition of 100 / 3 colors (Vertigo)
Sweden – 30″x20″ / Edition of 40 / 3 Colors (Girl With the Dragon Tattoo)
Vulcan – 18″x24″ / Edition of 100 / 4 Colors (Star Trek)
Chinatown- 18″x 24″ / Edition of 35 / 2 colors

All of these works go live on the Galerie F web store on Monday December 16th at 2PM CST.

If you're in Chicago be sure to stop by and check it out. It was my first time there and they got a great large area for displaying the work
