Hero Complex Gallery Pop Compendium at New York Comic Con

Hero Complex Gallery had a great time hanging with their fans last year and are super excited to be back in NY with some of their artist friends for NYCC 2016!

Come find them at BOOTH #228 in The Block, for meet and greets with the artists, and this year they're introducing artist sketch cards where you can get sketches from some of the artists! There will be artist at the booth from 10-7pm each day and 10-5pm Sunday.

Galerie F C2E2 Print Releases

What a weekend Galerie F had at C2E2! They put a lot of work in over the last few months getting artists to create new pieces exclusively for the show, printing them and then turning the gallery upside down to fill the rest of the booth so it was awesome to finally get around to the show as it's one of their favorite weekends of the year. This year they got exclusive work by some of their biggest artists.

Dan Mumford is bringing the apocalypse to his new print, invoking Fallout, Mad Max & I Am Legend.

Epyon5 has added The Dude & Princess Leia to his ever growing roster.

JC Rivera has a great mashup with Wu-Tang & his Bear Champ.

Jason Rowland is giving us acryllic on wood pop culture masks with a twist.

Steven Holliday has a badass and wonderfully detailed Harley Quinn print, complete with a foil variant

Matthew Johnson brings us a brooding version of this month's biggest release; BvS

And last but not least, Justin Van Genderen has created a beautiful tribute to 90's sci fi cult classic Gattaca.

As part of the closing of the Imagined Worlds Show at Hero Complex Gallery they have released a print by JP Valderrama that is just beautiful. First Date is inspired by the movie Avatar and it is a 24 x 18 giclee print with an of 50.

Galerie F at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo C2E2

Galerie F will be at C2E2 this weekend with a load of amazing artists and brand new art prints. All works will go live on the GF webstore on Monday April 28th.

And here are some details for ya -

Galerie F is excited to host their first booth in the Block at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo. This jam packed three day affair starts Friday April 25th and runs through Sunday April 27th at the McCormick Center.

All weekend long they will be having artists meet and greets at the GF booth, some folks have flown across the country just to be here! Artists will be signing works and chatting up according to the schedule below.

They have asked a dozen artists and designers, some new and some old to the Galerie F roster, to create brand new exclusive art prints for this event. Here’s a sneak peek at a few prints that will be available. Not able to attend the event? Not a worry, all prints remaining will go live on the Galerie F webstore on Monday April 28th 2014.

JP Valderrama Dracarys Game Of Thrones Print Release

Season 4 of Game of Thrones begins Sunday and as a new fan (only half way through season 2) I'm stoked. Hero Complex Gallery got together with JP Valderrama to release a print featuring the Mother of Dragons.

"Dracarys" is a high Valyrian word for Dragonfire, which is what Daenerys tells her dragons to breathe fire. This is JP's attempt at episode 4's epic final scene when Daenerys frees the unsullied army from slavery.

This piece is a 5 color screenprint with glow in the dark inks measuring 24 x 18, image with the green glow is how it would look with the lights out!

Print is available from Hero Complex Gallery HERE and is a TIMED RELEASE edition! Meaning it will only run today through Monday April 7, 12 midnight PDT

Artwork will be inspired by the group’s struggle to survive, fighting against the dead, fighting against the living, and even fighting themselves.

A horde of Hero Complex Gallery’s favorite artists are dancing with the dead, bringing to life the loved, hated, and oftentimes feared characters of this worldwide television phenomenon. Complicated leader, Rick Grimes, the dark and mysterious katana-wielding Michonne, and Southern bad boy turned good, Daryl Dixon, are just a few of the iconic characters of this series that are portrayed in paintings, prints, and sculpture.
