Many of you know him as Tapecat aka Craig McCudden, the work he does on scratchboard is nothing short of amazing. So he is offering up 25 pieces of original art on his Bleeding Fingers Studio Facebook Page. He will add a new one each day as one sells.

As always tough to get a "True" shot with a scratchboard.

I have seen this in person and the detail will blow your mind. If you are not familiar with scratchboard Google it. It is one of the hardest mediums to work with, because if you make a mistake you cant fix it.

Mondo SDCC HBO's The Game Thrones Posters by Martin Ansin, Daniel Danger and Vania Zouravliov

 HBO has teamed with Austin-based collectible arts boutique Mondo (of Alamo Drafthouse fame) to launch a series of limited-edition screen-printed posters to be released at Comic-Con this week. Above are new images by artists Martin Ansin, Vania Zouravliov and Daniel Danger

 They’re Game of Thrones posters by Martin Ansin (24 x 36 inch, edition of 430, on sale Saturday), Daniel Danger (17 x 32 inch, edition of 380, on sale Friday) and Vania Zouravliov (24 x 33 inch, edition of 330, on sale Thursday). They’ll be available at random times at the Mondo booth at Comic Con, which is number 437, and cost $50 each. All will be revealed by following @MondoNews.

Including these Mondo will have 15+ NEW posters (that number includes variants) posters to release in addition to archival stuff wthey’ve pulled for this year. Like last year, they wont be releasing info on the new release times or title of the poster until it actually goes on sale at the booth

The Dark Knight Rises IMAX Midnight Showing Poster and listen to the soundtrack

 As they've recently done for Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Prometheus, John Carter, Marvel's The Avengers and The Amazing Spider-Man, IMAX will be distributing an exclusive poster for fans attending midnight screenings of The Dark Knight Rises at their theaters

 Opening in theaters and IMAX on July 20, the final chapter in Nolan's trilogy stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Morgan Freeman.

You can also listen to the film's Hans Zimmer soundtrack in its entirety, giving you a taste of the atmosphere and action you're in for come July 20.

 to play, all you have to do is:
1. look for the Workman as you walk around the con
2. when you find him, say "Hey, can I get my picture taken with you?"
3. get a picture taken with him. he will be weirded out a little.
4. do not tell him why you want your picture taken with him.
5. email it to me, tyler@tstout.com

it is critical you do not mention this contest or my name to him. he must remain totally unaware.

everyone that emails me a picture of themselves with the Workman will get a free Hulk patch, and i will choose 4 winners from those that enter, and they will get either an akira print, a kill bill print, a LTROI print, or a empire print. that's a 40$ street value right there.

 i'll be honest, i doubt anyone will find him, if you do see him, and you're the only one to enter, you could win big! you'll still just get one poster, but you'll get your pick! but if four people or more enter, i'll just randomly pick from those and send out the prints. but everyone that enters gets a hulk patch. with a street value of no cents.

again, you can't tell him anything about this, he will have no idea what is going on. and your chances of winning, if you see him and get a pic, could be pretty good.

Kevin Tong H.G. Wells War of the World and The Time Machine Poster for SDCC

 Kevin Tong will have two incredible posters for H.G. Wells’ books, and the War of the Worlds and The Time Machine. These prints will be debuted at his booth (504) at Comic Con International San Diego starting Thursday, 7/12/12. (Or the day before if you come on preview night).

 This is a three color screen printed poster on 18 x 24 inch, 100 lb. white cover paper/signed and numbered in a limited edition of 200. The price is $40.

Kevin made these illustrations in association with his friends at Miles To Go Clothing, where they are available in various styles/sizes as t-shirts. 
While these prints can be purchased separately, he will be offering sets with matching numbers for $60, not a bad deal. Any remaining prints and sets will be available for sale on his website soon after Comic Con International is over.

In addition to the H.G Wells prints and the usual array of items I have at booth events, I’ll have some exciting new things for sale:
1. The Born to Illustrate T-Shirts, finally in XL and XXL.
2. Virtually every Mondo poster I have done in 2012 and some from even earlier.
3. Some sold out golden oldies that I have wrestled from my personal collection, such as band posters and art prints.
4. Posters I have done recently that haven’t been available online yet.

Tonight's Pearl Jam Poster from Copenhagen, Denmark by Todd McFarlane and Maxx242

Pearl Jam's European tour comes to a close with easily the most anticipated poster design in a long time. Todd McFarlane has not worked with the group since he directed the animated video for the song "Do the Evolution".  He did a print for the song as well (shown above) but it was not silk screened. Now we see him paired up with Maxx242 in creating his first ever gigposter. And yes it rocks.
