18 x 24 – 4 color silkscreen – S/N edition of 125 – The print was commissioned for G1988’s “required reading” show based on artist’s re-imaginings of classic novels. Todd wanted his piece to reflect the duality of human nature that is ever present in the novel, thus the stylized yin yang. Todd can’t read this book without thinking of the film Apocalypse Now, which was based on this novel – and therefore he wanted an image that could represent both.
