The Black Keys commissioned Emek to create this 20" x 30" limited edition silkscreen poster with metallic blue ink for the band's 3/24/12 show in Charlotte. Tracing the origins of the Black Keys' instruments... from rock and roll being the "devil's music" (year zero) to what really happened to music's first groupies partying down in Salem in 1692, to the crossroads in 1935... to the present day show in 2012.. the poster gets lighter towards the top, busier and denser towards the bottom. - EMEK
Signed, numbered, embossed & doodled
Edition of 260 Signed and Numbered
- most of them went to the show, BUT only Emek's copies are also Embossed and Doodled and measure 20 x 30.5 inches
The BUY NOW buttons will appear sometime between 2pm - 3pm PDT this THURSDAY May 24th... at http://emekstudios.com/index.html
Unfrigging believable! Got on site right at 2pm, clicked on buy, went to PayPal and before completion of sale item sold out. More BS was someone has already put on eBay the sale of one purchased just a few minutes prior for $170 more than Emek price.
