Philadelphia is comprised of a vast array of endless neighborhoods, each as different and distinct as the next. Sharing slang and dialects indecipherable to most ears, yet commonly used in every day conversation, such as ordering lunch or rooting for the local sports teams, one can’t walk through this city without seeing road signs plastered with sticker art promoting a local band or just a weird turn of artistic phrase. “The City of Brotherly Love” has a charm that many people may never understand. Although raised in another state, I’ve called the Philly area “home” for over 25 years. We have a complicated relationship, this city and I. A love-hate relationship for the ages,
