Not only is Mondo releasing a new poster for The Thing, but they're reaching all the back to 1982 to do so. They're releasing a limited edition, screen print of Drew Struzan's original artwork for the poster. No titles, no taglines, no names; just Struzan's glorious painting.

Every copy of the poster will be personally signed by Struzan, and they'll be on sale at Friday's Movies.com-presented screening of The Thing (hope you got tickets!), with the remainder of the run going on sale online at a later date at Mondotees.com.

The poster is 26" x 38" inches with the Regular having an edition of 440 costing  $250 and the Variant (glows in the dark) - Edition of 150 for $350

Yes, insanely justified. That size, that image, that artist - guarantee that you're still going to see seconds (if that) before it sells out.

The price is what is expected, but still, to me, Frankenstein blows this image away. No contest.

Yes I agree with, Tim if I had a choice it would be Frankenstein.
