The Arctic Monkeys have embarked on a world tour and right now are in Auckland New Zealand and Australia next week. The first poster for the tour is done by Tom Whalen. The band gave him some simple direction "make something hip & cool, no typical rock images, skulls etc. The band have moved into a cooler zone so please reflect that". I would have to say Tom nailed it perfect.
