Rob Liefield Deadpool Movie Poster Release From Mondo

Rob Liefield created Deadpool for Marvel Comics back in the 1990's and now the merc with the mouth makes his big screen debut Friday. For the occasion Mondo had Rob create his first ever movie poster and guess what spoiler alert, there are no feet in it. I'm talking about the poster, but there is a rumor you never see Deadpool's feet in the movie either since no one has ever actually seen them.

Rob talks about the poster:

"I am a huge fan of all things Mondo and when the opportunity to illustrate a Mondo print celebrating the Deadpool film presented itself, I leapt at the chance! I love drawing Ryan Reynolds in his Deadpool costume, he looks amazing and is the true embodiment of the Merc with a Mouth! I'm so thrilled with the print and excited to get it out to the fans of the comics and the film! Thank you Mighty Mondo! "

The regular edition is a 24"x36" screen print with an edition of 325
The variant edition is a 24"x36" screen print with an edition of 175

Posters go on sale Friday at a random time at Mondotees.com . Deadpool opens in theaters on Friday at scheduled times, check your local listings.
