This Tuesday at 2pm CST, Nakatomi will be releasing their long-awaited collaboration with Comic-Art legend, James O’Barr.
This limited edition silk screened art print measures 18×24, and is signed by O’Barr in an edition of 150 worldwide.
Details from Tim Doyle on how it all happened :
James has been incredibly amazing to work
with, and very generous of his time. We first met James at a
Texas-based comic convention, and he was struck by the screen printing
process and how rich the colors and textures could be. After a few more
conversations, the deal was sealed, and we were finding ourselves
planning a print with one of the most influential artistic voices to
come out of indie-comics.
Nakatomi is very proud to release this edition, and we have much more in mind for the future with both The Crow and James!
Nakatomi will announce on Twitter when this
print is available for sale, but if you’re on the site at 2pm CST on
Tuesday, you should be fine!
