Tim Lee creates his work on wood, paper, canvas, and screen prints, his digital paintings are sold as limited edition Giclee prints. Themes of music, Americana, pop-culture and bits of Southern Gothic often recur in his work.
Tim earned a BFA from The Columbus College of Art & Design. His illustration work has been published by national and international magazines, corporations, design and adverting firms. Currently he is exhibiting his paintings in brick and mortar galleries in the U.S.
Tim plays the mandolin in a bluegrass band "The Hey Brothers". He's married to fellow illustrator Karen Lee, they live in Cary, North Carolina. His younger brother Robert Lee, is a co-owner of Methane Studios.
