WHEN: Today May 3rd, 2013 at 12PM EST / 9AM PST on 1xRUN will release 2 limited edition prints to coincide with the release of Iron Man III featuring When It Rains It Pours, a piece featured prominently in the film as well as a custom Iron Man Mask created by BASK during the filming of the movie.

- BASK's iconic Iron Man Mask print will go on sale May 3rd at 12pm EST and will remain on sale until Iron Man III has dropped from the #1 slot at the box office, at which time the edition will be closed forever.

- BASK's now infamous When It Rains It Pours, the image featured in home of Iron Man aka Tony Starks (played by Robert Downey Jr. in the film) will be available in two extremely limited editions of 75 and a hand-embellished edition of 20.

ARTIST STATEMENT: "Last June, I got a call from a friend saying that Robert Downey Jr. and the production team wanted to use a painting that I did in the next Iron Man film. The piece was When It Rains It Pours, my Morton Salt girl with a massive bomb falling down on her. The original had been sold for a while-- and was much too small anyways-- so I recreated it to their size specification of 5ft wide and 13ft tall.

In addition they asked me if I would be interested in doing more work for the Mandarin’s lair a few months later when they were shooting in Miami. I of course said yes and ended up doing 13 more massive paintings and some set design for them, along with the Iron Man mask below which was a design they asked me to do for the wrap of the film last year. They made shirts and postcards for the set department with that image. So while it doesn't appear in the film it was definitely a big part of the project." - BASK
