Today Jay Ryan is releasing two new poster at NOON CDT today, Tuesday, May 28th.
JAPANDROIDS played at the Sasquatch! Music Festival in Washington State last weekend, and even though they're Canadians, Jay thought you would want to know about this poster. Four screens, one dog house, one shoe, and some logs. Physics at work. Available at noon Chicago time today, Tuesday, May 28th.
AND THEN, THIS: The Breeders released their landmark album "Last Splash" in 1993 and are touring this summer to celebrate 20 years of all of us humming the bassline to "Cannonball". After an unexpected phone call from the band, Jay worked this image up based on the idea of the album cover (by Vaughan Oliver) having taken root and grown in the two decades since the album came out. (Decades sure seem to be getting shorter, don't they?) The band has been traveling with these prints and have sold out of their copies, so these are available from The Bird Machine. 18 x 24 inches, signed and numbered edition of 450. Available at noon today, Tuesday, May 28th.
Buy them at TheBirdMachine.com
